This is very good general book on bodywork techniques but has tends to concentrate on MG and Triumph for its examples. This book is well written and interesting to read as well as giving vital information and tips on restoration from someone who has done it all before many times.

An entertaining DVD with some very good tips although not a complete guide to MGB restoration it does provide more than ample inspiration.
